Compass Offices makes it easy to provide a competitively priced commercial serviced office to your clients and to enable you to earn additional commissions. We close 90% of the broker deals passed to us and pay commission within 30 days.

Typically our serviced office space ranges from 1-50 workstations. However we can provide customised space for your clients who need 100 or more workstations.
Broker Incentives:
On a successful referral, the referring agent may choose from:
- A 10% commission on the contract value; and
- If the contract is in Hong Kong:
- An iPhone 13 Pro for contracts valued over HK$200,000; or
- An iPhone 13 for contracts valued over HK$120,000.
